Cool things my son has made

My oldest son is really good with wood working and graphics.

He enjoys making things,  when he was younger it was lego building that he really enjoyed. All those star wars ships! Oh my.

Now he enjoys wood working, and graphic design. I’m really proud of what he can do. This child is amazing!

Here are a few of his wood working projects, a couple signs for the house, a wine rack, a cross that he just started on and a box for our Pastor.

And here is a shirt logo he made for his school.
He made another one they used last year as well. But I can’t find the shirt in his messy room. LOL

Support your kids. With your love and support they can accomplish anything!

I always told mine reach for the stars and beyond! Never take no for an answer. Keep trying. You can do anything!

This is my autistic son. He worked hard and made Eagle Scout. This kid is going places. Starting with going to college fall of 2015.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hard time deciding… (Female Post) 9/26/2014

So I think my story may help another woman out there.. Yet I am torn on whether to share it or not. Ill keep thinking about it as I type and see where this takes me..
I have had a rough year, have gone through female issues. Still in healing process of all of that. 3 surgeries within 3 months. Thank God that’s over.
Anyway, all appears to be ok for now. Just waiting for the shoe to drop so to speak.. It was a long couple of years with many troubles. Need to learn to trust my body again. I’m working on that daily. Its funny how something so simple can mess up your mind when it goes astray. Menstrual cycles are nothing to laugh at. Especially when they don’t end.
Well there you have it. So due to the never ending cycle I had to have a uterine biopsy (ouch), internal ultrasound, ultrasound of belly, D&C to remove whole lining of uterus, and finally the NovaSure procedure.
Novasure is a miracle! Was uncomfortable for a week after that procedure. Never in pain. Just tender, that procedure gave me my life back. I chose it over hysterectomy due to the fact I can’t take hormones. So for me it was the best choice.
The show The Doctors ran a show about Novasure you should look it up if your thinking about the procedure.

I love my job! 11/14/14

I don’t say it often enough. But I love my job! What job is that? You ask.

Domestic Diva, Super Mom, The Queen of my castle and my King, Shuttle service, Pet care provider, Chef, Maid, Doctor, Psycologist, Referee, Plumber, DIYer, Fixer, Gardener, financial advisor, banker, crystal ball holder, autism advocate, car whisperer. I’m sure I’ve missed a few hundred things I do. But you get the idea. And yes! I love my job. I wouldn’t change a thing.
